Returns:
All sales come with a 30 day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with a product
we've sold you, return it within 30 days to receive a full refund.
Warranty:
Serpens Borealis Computing provides a 120 day physical warranty on all products. This
warranty covers any type of physical (hardware) failure under normal use. Physical damage
due to misuse (such as dropping equipment, exposure to moisture, etc) is not covered by
this warranty.
Payment:
At this time, we only accept cash or e-transfer. E-transfers can be sent to

Pickup / Delivery:
Serpens Borealis Computing is unable to ship items at this time. We are located at 38 Ave
NW & 22 St NW, Edmonton, AB. Delivery is available in Edmonton and the surrounding area
for an additional fee.
